Adult Mental Health Services
AMH services are provided to adults with a mental health diagnosis by an interdisciplinary team. AMH services include the following:
Skills Training &/or Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services assist an individual with developing natural supports, independent living skills, money management, social skills, and occupational or educational achievement.
Counseling Services are provided in an individual or family setting using psychotherapeutic treatment
Pharmacological Management Services are provided through the use and management of medication to treat symptoms associated with a mental health diagnosis
Medication Training and Support Services are provided to educate an individual about a mental health diagnosis and the benefits and side effects of psychotropic medications
Case Management services assist an individual with gaining and coordinating access to resources within the community
