Adult Mental Health Services

AMH services are provided to adults with a mental health diagnosis by an interdisciplinary team. AMH services include the following:

  • Skills Training &/or Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services assist an individual with developing natural supports, independent living skills, money management, social skills, and occupational or educational  achievement.

  • Counseling Services are provided in an individual or family setting using psychotherapeutic treatment

  • Pharmacological Management Services are provided through the use and management of medication to treat symptoms associated with a mental health diagnosis

  • Medication Training and Support Services are provided to educate an individual about a mental health diagnosis and the benefits and side effects of psychotropic medications

  • Case Management services assist an individual with gaining and coordinating access to resources within the  community
